I have some disappointing news regarding your order.
The package was returned to us today by the post office with a letter stating that the package was damaged during transport.
It looks as though the package has been through a battle. The case has been crushed and the item seems to be slightly cracked.
I don't know what the post office did to the package.
I have called my supplier to get you another item, but it will take 3-4 weeks to get a replacement.
Therefore, I have refunded you your money. If you like I can contact you when I do receive more stock of this item.
I am really sorry you did not get your order.
Hopefully we could transact again in the future.
